Alida Kelleybrew, SPHR, is President of Kelleybrew Consulting Services, LLC, a consulting firm which specializes in organizational and human performance improvement. Alida has more than eleven years of proven success in delivering hands-on, results-oriented human resources solutions. She has developed and facilitated training in a variety of areas including harassment, employment law, performance management, and leadership. Alida also has experience writing policies and procedures, coaching and counseling employees, conducting harassment and discrimination investigations, recruiting, orientation and more.
She currently holds a BBA in Management with emphasis on HR and Industrial Relations Management and a BBA in General Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Alida has served the HR profession in various roles, from an HR associate in public sector to a vice president in HR and regional HR director in private sector.
Alida is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (2007 Board Chair), and the Central Arkansas Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
